Fast pattern recognition. Reading context and people. Catching a strange turn, an unexplained connection or a story that does not match the behavior. This is the person who notices something smells funny before the dashboard knows what to call it.
BOOK SMART
“Okay. Now prove it.”
Research methods, source evaluation, science, statistics, systems knowledge and careful documentation. This is the person who tests the suspicion, rules out easier explanations and brings the receipts.
Zephyr needs both. Street smart finds the thread quickly; book smart determines whether the evidence can hold its weight. The founder’s natural pattern recognition shaped this approach, and her research background helps turn instinct into a question that can be tested instead of treating a hunch as proof.

A street-smart investigator with research discipline could examine four connected records: the routes an AI opened, the thought or reasoning output it exposed, the actions it actually took and the speech or final work it delivered. Analysts would catch contradictions, unexplained connections, leftover job trails and attempted agent admissions, then test the evidence and pause or escalate work when it does not line up. They analyze recorded evidence, not an unexposed mind.
Science & mathematics
Chemists, physicists, mathematicians and other scientists bring the questions, test assumptions and examine whether conclusions are supported by evidence.
Medicine & education
Subject-matter experts review educational accuracy, context and limitations. An AI-generated explanation is not a substitute for qualified human judgment.
Art & music
Artists, musicians, writers and designers set the creative direction and review meaning, quality, consent and how work is credited.
Infrastructure & clean energy
The wider AI workforce includes the people who design and operate data centers and develop energy systems. Efficiency, reliability and environmental impact need human expertise too.
You do not have to love writing code to have something important to contribute. Curiosity, domain knowledge and the willingness to check the work belong here.
This is a proposed workforce model, not a list of current job openings or a claim that every oversight role is already operating in Zephyr. Technology may change existing work and create new kinds of work; the scale and outcomes are uncertain.

There is room in this vision for people who listen to clients, shape a brief, teach, produce, edit, design, build, check accessibility and support the finished work. AI can help with the work; people direct it, review it and stay accountable. We’ll publish specific roles, scope and pay when each opening is ready.
Meet people where they are.
Some work happens face to face: visiting local businesses, farms, makers and teachers; hearing what they need; and helping them understand DSP’s published services. Community representatives would carry our values—honesty, care, fair opportunity and respect—into those conversations. They can bring ideas back to the team, while DSP approves each offer and commitment.
